Hi Lamison, could you be a little more specific as to which ways you feel the MG clinic has gone down hill. I do agree that I find it dissapointing, that my regular PCP has breathing test machines, and alot more advanced testing readily available in his own office than what the clinic has. However, to say that the MG clinic has gone down hill as a general over all statement could imply discontent with the staff overall, and I do not think that would be true. I do feel that I have been given great treatment everytime I have been seen. Although I would like to see some modern testing supplies at the facility such as a Pulmonary Function Testing , a hand grip dynamometer, I dont even think they have a spirometer and you can get a spirometer for like $20. Pulse OX should also be checked on every visit. Even though a good pulse OX sat means nothing, my Garandmother had ALS and she carried a good pulse OX reading up untill the moment she passed away. On the Contrary a low pulse ox is worth noting for many reasons, which why it suprises me that it is not a part of the regular testing on each visit.
