"Find out whether your antique is a treasure....or just a treasured memory."

MGA is hosting its 2nd "MGA Antiques Road Show" on Sunday, April 27th, 2008 at the Four Points Sheraton North Hotel located in Cranberry Township, PA

Each guest in attendance will have the opportunity to receive an estimated value of one item.  The admission cost is $25.00 per person.  Additional items may be evaluated at a cost of $15.00 each.  All proceeds benefit the Myasthenia Gravis Association of Western Pennsylvania.

Last year more than 300 guests brought their special items to be valued/appraised by nearly 20 area antique vendors specializing in different areas of antiques.  Items included furniture, dolls, cow bells, books, pottery, lamps, jars, and much more.  The admission fee included a buffet, door prizes adn a basket raffle.  Barbara Haas, the driving force and the coordinator of the event, said "Thanks to our partnership with the Koter Group at Smith Barney, we were able to raise $12,000 for MGA while having a great time."
